Got this from a Martha Stewart show with slight improvisation, a hit in our family:
Portion Salmon
Marinate in oil, salt and cooking wine (rice wine) for ten minutes
Get clean fig leaves, fold each portion with leaves
Pre-heat the oven 365F
Put all portions on a grill pan, and heat for 10-11 min
